What we are looking for
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior React Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly web applications using the latest front-end technologies. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining React applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers in collaboration with a multifunctional team, composed of other developers, QAs, designers, and product owners.
Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality React applications.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features.

Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.

Mentor and lead junior developers.

Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met.

Ensure the application is fully optimized for web performance.

Implement and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience with React, Redux, and other front-end technologies.

Firm grasp of TypeScript and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.

Excellent understanding of Kafka, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.

Good understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, server-side rendering, and related technologies.

Experience implementing Storybook from scratch.

Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

At least 3-5 years of experience as a React Developer.
