We are seeking a seasoned Head Data Analyst with a strong background in ML and data analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an in-house analytics system for mobile apps and websites, utilizing existing solutions such as Amplitude. As a leader, you will build and grow the analytics team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

 

Your expertise in data analysis will be instrumental in presenting results to stakeholders, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. If you have a passion for leveraging data to create insights and a proven track record of leading analytics initiatives, we would love to hear from you.

 

:muscle: Responsibilities

●      Design and implement an in-house analytics system for mobile apps and websites, integrating existing solutions like Amplitude.

●      Lead, mentor, and grow the data analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

●      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide data-driven insights.

●      Present analytical findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.

●      Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and ML, implementing innovations as needed.

●      Ensure the highest level of data integrity, security, and compliance. Participate in strategic planning, aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals.

:nerd:  Skills and Qualifications

●      Strong experience with ML, data analytics, and tools such as Amplitude.

●      Proven ability to design and implement analytics systems for mobile apps and websites.

●      Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience building and growing teams.

●      Strong understanding of data visualization and presentation to stakeholders.

●      Knowledge of agile methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

●      Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

●      Strong written and verbal communication skills.

●      Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

●      At least 5-7 years of experience in a data analytics role, with a focus on leading initiatives.
